Those formative years were filled with learning the ins and outs of diesel mechanics, laying the foundation for what would eventually become DMR Diesel Repair.

Starting out was anything but easy. With limited resources but a big vision, Dylan began by renting a small workspace in the parking lot of a cabinet shop, battling the relentless Florida heat as he worked on trucks with only his tools and determination at his side. When that arrangement ended unexpectedly, he refused to quit. Instead, he moved to a dirt lot, where he overcame even tougher challenges, using plywood as his workspace to pull transmissions, service suspensions, and run heavy equipment without sinking into the ground. These obstacles only reinforced his resolve and sharpened his skills.

Years of sacrifice and relentless effort eventually paid off. Dylan was able to invest in building a solid foundation—literally—with a concrete slab and a professional-grade lift, opening DMR Diesel Repair’s first dedicated shop in August 2023. Since then, we’ve grown into a full-service diesel repair facility, known for our integrity, craftsmanship, and commitment to delivering quality workmanship on every vehicle we service.
